The case file, read honestly.

Case intelligence for Indian disputes practices. Every claim returns to the page that supports it, every gap stays visible, and every deadline is computed from statute, never guessed.

Three layers, never mixed

You always know whether you are looking at the record, a machine's reading of it, or a human's decision.

Record
“A signed copy of this award was received on 15 January 2026.”
Arbitral Award · page 3 · exact passage available
Machine analysis Possible s.34 limitation trigger. A candidate only. The system cannot confirm a contested fact.
Human decision Awaiting confirmation by a named reviewer. No controlling deadline is calculated until a person verifies the fact.

What it does

A brief that admits what it cannot see

Unreadable pages counted, missing annexures named, undated events listed. The gaps register is a product surface, not a footnote.

Deadlines computed, not guessed

A deterministic rules engine applies the Limitation Act and court rules to a human-confirmed trigger date. Every result carries the rule, its citation and its full arithmetic.

Answers with receipts

Ask the file anything. Every answer cites the exact page, and when the file cannot answer, it says so.

Originals stay inspectable

Every accepted PDF keeps its SHA-256 fingerprint. Derived text, machine analysis and human decisions stay visibly separate.

Controls

Matter confidentiality wallsOwner, editor and viewer permissions scope every source, search result and export.
Original-file integrityEvery PDF is fingerprinted and stays available for direct inspection.
Auditable human decisionsTrigger confirmations and material actions record who acted, and when.
A hard AI boundaryMachine analysis may propose. It cannot establish a fact, file a document, or compute a date from an unconfirmed trigger.

Decision support only. CivilOS is not a court, a law firm, or a substitute for qualified legal advice. Applicable law, filing requirements, privilege and professional obligations need jurisdiction-specific human review.

The standing challenge

Give us your ugliest matter. Remove two annexures before you upload, and don't tell us which. The gaps register will name them.
